PLEASE READ AND CONFIRM:

You are enrolling for a subscription service with automatic renewal unless you have selected a One Time Service Package.

Your subscription can be canceled prior to renewal. Please email info@germbustmybins.com or call us at (843) 733-3323 within 30 days of your renewal date.

Just as with your trash collection agency, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure trash/recycle bins remain curbside on service day until service has been completed.

Subscription packages cannot be canceled or refunded until the end of the selected package term.

Service can be transferred to your new home if moving within our service area or transferred to the new homeowner at your current address.

Germ Bust My Bins reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of unsafe conditions, inaccessible bins, hazardous materials, or abusive behavior toward staff.

Service dates may occasionally shift due to weather, holidays, route adjustments, equipment maintenance, or circumstances outside of our control.

By purchasing service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
